Due to the nature of our products, many pieces may have existing chips or breaks that were/are naturally occurring. This does not constitute grounds for return of merchandise. The products are sold “as is” and insurance should be added whenever an item is purchased for the full value of the item. This will insure that you are covered in the case of an accident or loss during shipping with the carrier. In the case of jewelry, it is your responsibility to make sure that it is inspected by you upon arrival and is free of any defects. Call us within 1 week of receipt of merchandise if there is any problem.
