Terms of Sale
Placing Orders:
Orders can be placed on this website directly, or placed by phone, email and fax.
Production Lead Time:
Lead time for orders is 1-3 working days once payment is verified.
Terms:
We can process most credit cards, check, debit card, PayPal payment
and wire transfer.
Freight:
Products are shipped via the most efficient shipping method pending order volume.
We can ship worldwide.
Returns:
No returns of merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#). Any such returns must be in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Freight must be insured and all freight charges prepaid. Merchandise that is being returned for credit may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable for credit or exchange.
Claims:
Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. We must be notified of all claims for loss, damage (including concealed damage) or mislabeled merchandise within 7 days of receipt.
